Privacy

Keyline is a small product run by one developer. This page says plainly what we store, why, and who else touches it. We don’t sell data and we don’t show ads.
What we store
- Your account: name, email and avatar from GitHub or Google sign-in, plus a session cookie that keeps you signed in.
- Your work: projects, comments, version history, uploaded images, fonts, references and exported videos you choose to share.
- Your Anthropic API key, if you add one for the in-app chat. It is encrypted at rest and only used to call Anthropic on your behalf.
- In-app chat threads, so you can come back to a conversation, and token counts and cost per request, so you can see your spend and set limits.
- Apps you connect over MCP (for example claude.ai or Claude Code): the client name and its access tokens.
Where it lives
Everything runs on Cloudflare (Workers, D1, R2, Durable Objects, KV). Files and the database are stored by Cloudflare on our behalf.
Who else sees it
- Anthropic, when Claude works on your project: through your own key in the in-app chat, or through your own Claude account over MCP. Their privacy terms apply to that traffic.
- Cloudflare Workers AI reads chat messages and rendered frames for short automatic checks (picking the effort for a request, checking a frame for clipped or overlapping elements). These run on our Cloudflare account.
- Websites you import a brand from: we fetch the page you enter to read its colors, fonts and logo.
- Anyone with the link, for projects and videos you make unlisted or public. Brief and comments stay private.
Cookies and analytics
We use one sign-in cookie and your browser’s local storage for editor preferences (theme, panel sizes, dismissed tips). No tracking cookies.
Your choices
- Delete projects, files, videos and your API key at any time in the app; they are removed from storage.
- To delete your account and everything in it, or to get a copy of your data, write to italik.dev. We answer within 30 days.
- Database backups are kept for up to 30 days, after which deleted data is gone from them too.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that matters, we’ll say so in the app. See also the terms.
