Terms
Last updated 10 October 2026
By using Keyline you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose; if something is unclear, write to italik.dev.
The service
Keyline is an editor for code-driven animations that your own Claude can edit. It is in early access: features change, and things can break. We keep your work backed up, but export anything you can’t afford to lose.
Your account
You need a GitHub or Google account to sign in. Keep it secure; you are responsible for what happens under your account and your connected apps.
Your content
- You own what you make and upload. You give us the rights we need to store, render and show it to the people you share it with.
- Only upload what you have the right to use (logos, images, fonts, video references).
- Public projects can be remixed by other users: a remix copies the scene into their account.
AI usage and costs
Claude runs on your own Anthropic key or your own Claude subscription. Anthropic bills you directly for that use; the spending limits in Settings are a convenience, not a guarantee. Check what Claude changes before you publish it.
Fair use
Don’t use Keyline to break the law, harass people, spread malware, or overload the service (scraping, automated sign-ups, bypassing limits). Accounts have generous caps on projects, storage and request rates to keep the service up for everyone. We may remove content that’s reported and breaks these rules, and suspend accounts that abuse the service.
No warranty
Keyline is provided as is, without warranties. To the extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost data, lost profits or indirect damages from using it.
Ending
You can stop using Keyline and ask us to delete your account at any time (see privacy). If we ever shut the service down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice so you can export your work.
